Personality: Kirin/ Ryuuko is very suspicious of everyone (she believes that everyone hates her), but once she gets past that, she can be very charming. That might take her from 3 seconds to three years depending on which foot she starts the relationship off on (the good foot or the bad foot.) She fancies herself a tombody, and does anything and everything to prove it. With this attitude, how did she become a sailor scout in the first place? Well, she hates seeing people suffer because they're unable to defend themselves.

Name: Sailor Blue Dragon
Position: First scout of the Senshi No Ryuu (Dragon Scouts)
Uniform: Sailor Blue Dragon's silver boots are thigh high and are folded down. She doesn't have the standard Sailor gloves (white elbow lengthed gloves with colored trim), but her gloves (she calls 'em gauntlet) are pure silver with blue jems decorating the edge of them. Her tiara is made out of silver. Everything else is blue. She doesn't have a front bow, but a Sapphire brotch made in the image of a dragon's head with it's wings spred replaces it. In super form, a pair of dragon's wings appear on her back.

Strengths: honesty, tolerance, speed
Weaknesses: controlling her temper, accuracy, procrastination, comparing herself to others, fighting the hypnotic effects of Dragon's Bane, an exotic pale green rose found only on Drecia.
